Our Customers Say It Best...
Our first experience with Anderson Auto was in January of 2010. We walked away that day not only with a vehicle but felt like we were part of the family. In March of this year I (Marsha) started having more trouble getting in the Trailblazer so came back to Anderson Ford to find a vehicle that was easier for me to get into and find one we did. We purchased a 2014 ?Ford C-Max Hybrid and we love it. Our sales contact was Tim (sorry Tim but I lost your card and I can't remember your last name). Just a little story - we went back this week to get Harold's book that we left behind. While visiting with Tim he asked us if we wanted to use one of our free car washes. We said sure and he led us to the car wash and explained everything. I noticed that my window was down so quickly put it up. As the water started spraying Harold and I both noticed that his window was down so the prewash was going and we kept getting wetter. I finally said put the car in Park - he did and we finally got the window up and we just kept laughing. We told Tim that we didn't know that the car washes were not only free but involved washing inside and out! He took us around to the back of a building had a young man dry the car on the inside. Then we came home laughing all the way! I told Tim or our way to leave that the next time we would wear our swimming suits!
